These terms cover your use of this website and the grooming services of Petalia Pet Grooming, a mobile dog grooming business serving Miami, Florida. By using this site or booking with us you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Our services

We offer mobile dog grooming: dog baths and full grooming. We groom dogs only. Prices depend on your dog, and the price for your appointment is confirmed when you book.

Booking and appointments

You can book online, by phone or on WhatsApp. Sending a message or a booking request is a request for an appointment. We confirm it with you before the visit. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can.

Our happiness promise

We want you and your dog to love every groom. If you are not happy with your dog's groom, let us know within 24 hours of the appointment by phone, WhatsApp or email at k9petalia@icloud.com, and we will refund what you paid for that groom.

Your dog's safety

Please tell us about your dog's health, behaviour, age and anything that could affect grooming before the appointment, so we can take good care of them.

The descriptions and prices on this site are general information. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free.
