This policy explains what Petalia Pet Grooming ("we") collects from visitors to this website and from customers who book with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a mobile dog grooming business serving Miami, Florida. Questions about anything here: k9petalia@icloud.com
What we collect
When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or book online, we receive what you send us: usually your name, phone number, email address, your address for the appointment, and details about your dog. We only ask for what we need to groom your dog and keep in touch about your appointment. We never collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
To book, confirm and carry out your grooming appointments, to contact you about them, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Online booking
Our "Book online" button takes you to our booking page, run by our booking provider, MoeGo. The details you enter there are handled by MoeGo on our behalf so we can schedule your appointment.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website and our booking page use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Google Ads tag. They set cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site and measure which of our Google ads lead to a booking. Google may also use this data to show our ads to people who visited before. Google's use of this data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them.
Who we share data with
Google (analytics and advertising measurement, as above), our website host, our booking provider MoeGo, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us there. Each one handles data only to provide its service to us. Beyond that, we share personal information only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and appointment records for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you, and for tax and legal purposes, then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email k9petalia@icloud.com and we will take care of it. You can also tell us at any time that you do not want to hear from us again.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
